Fan-made rhythm games continue to expand the Sprunki universe in creative ways, and Sprunki Shifted – Coniz’s Chornology is a standout example. This Incredibox mod combines character swapping, dark storytelling, custom sounds, and horror elements into one atmospheric experience. Created around Coniz’s version of the Shifted universe, the game gives familiar characters completely different roles and fates.
The Lore: A Corrupted Timeline
The story takes place in a dangerous alternate universe where an infection has changed the lives of the Sprunki characters. One of the most important figures is Oren, who absorbs the dark power of Mr. Black and transforms into Oxirin, The Lord. From there, the world falls deeper into chaos as survivors struggle to escape the growing corruption.
The story also explores themes of survival, madness, loss, and corrupted relationships. Characters who once had familiar roles now face completely different destinies.
How to Play
The gameplay keeps the classic drag-and-drop formula. Players choose icons representing beats, effects, melodies, and vocals, then place them onto blank characters to activate their sounds.
The real fun comes from combining different audio layers. Industrial beats, distorted bass, eerie melodies, and unusual vocals can be mixed together to create anything from a dark rhythm to a full horror soundtrack.
Certain combinations can also activate the horror mode, changing the visuals and transforming the music into a much darker experience.
Character Guide
- Oren / Oxirin: The powerful central antagonist, delivering heavy bass.
- Pinki: Adds unpredictable vocals and a corrupted personality.
- Wenda: A dangerous hunter with fast, tense rhythms.
- Gray: Contributes deep distortion and static-heavy sounds.
- Simon: Provides a melancholic melody tied to his tragic fate.
- Coniz: The creator’s OC, offering electronic effects.
- Brud & Tunner: Survivors who bring quieter, cautious sounds.
Tips for the Best Mix
Start with Brud or Tunner to establish a steady foundation before adding more chaotic sounds. Use Oren carefully because his bass can overpower other tracks. Experiment with character combinations to discover hidden animations and lore-related interactions.
Conclusion
Sprunki Shifted – Coniz’s Chornology blends music creation with an evolving horror story. Its shifted characters, custom soundscape, and dark timeline give players plenty to explore. Whether you enjoy experimenting with beats or uncovering the fate of the characters, this mod offers a memorable twist on the classic Sprunki formula.
